Massachusetts Chapter 138 Section 12c Licensed Caterer
We are a fully licensed and insured Alcohol Caterer in Massachusetts. We take care of everything. That means: permitting, ordering, delivery, set-up, serving, clean-up and we are responsible for ensuring the alcohol related safety of your event. All of our servers are fully trained and certified in proper alcohol handling and service safety. Liability can be very risky and costly for an individual or business putting on an event; let our licensed, insured, and experienced staff relieve you of that burden.

Alcohol must be provided by Ipswich Clambake

One professional bartender per 50 guests.

An assortment of soft drinks, sparkling & spring water.

All items such as tables, linens, garnishes, mixers, ice, plastic glassware, Insurance, setup/ breakdown

Ipswich Clambake has the right to refuse service to any patron.

All Liquor is property of Ipswich Clambake and will be removed at the end of the event.

Guest under the age of 21 years of age will be charged $7.00 per person for unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.

Prices based on a minimum of 50 guests (or set up fee incurred)

No shots are given at any time.

Bar will close a minimum of 30 minutes prior to event end time or at the bartender’s discretion
